Copies utilizes a special kind of paper, sold through police and spy websites, that dissolves instantly on contact with water, to present a parallel vision of the scribbles rendered in the film Notes. A hand copies the absentminded drawings by Harry Gold as quickly as possible, and immediately plunges them into a bowl of water, dissolving the evidence as quickly as it appeared.
